Project Planning

Everything starts with a concept, an idea, and studying how to transform this into reality is a key part of our work. All aspects must be considered thoroughly before beginning a project which is why we provide the following services:

Prepared to highlight various technical and commercial aspects of new potential sites and to analyse their suitability

Architectural design and drawing set development, tailored to each Client’s concept and request

Pack including set of drawings suitable for the tender phase and bill of quantities, along with various additional documents such as time schedule, construction specifications, bidding regulations etc

Project management

From concept to completion, precision, effective management and organization are essential for bringing a vision to life. Ensuring seamless coordination and thorough oversight, we offer the following services:

Coordination of local consultants for permits
Coordination of design / MEP / structural sets
Construction set analysis
Drawing pack and BoQ

GC and MW pre-selection
GC and MW quotation analysis, levelling and awarding
Supplies analysis and levelling
Assistance to procurement (including managing suppliers, planning shipments and checking on payments)

Regular site visits
Coordination among different parties involved
Checking and reporting back to Client on work progress Weekly coordination meeting with local architects and GC Daily visits before handover

Collection of certifications, warranties and maintenance manuals
Snag list completion process
Collection of as-built drawings and data sheets of all products
